I am using there basic version since last 4 years and software manages inventory, sales, customer data, and customer support very nicely. In last year I switched to other company but my experience is bad.
Relinksys annual charges are also very competitive as compared with other competitors and market.
There team introduceed other upgraded version also, I am pretty sure upgraded version also smooth and easy to use.
I know Mr patil personally, he and his team done very good detail research on exact requirements of retailers and accordingly they developed their software.
